SXSW

Sooo..... I finally was able to experience the SXSW craze that hits Austin every March. Although I didn't get to see the shows that i wanted.....,well i didn't see any shows to be honest. I did get to meet someone who I've long admired in the music industry who hardly gets any recognition, Young Guru. Young Guru is the longtime engineer and producer. He was the recent DJ for the BP3 tour and a close friend to Jay-Z. The story behind it is that he was at NiceKicks(s/o to NiceKicks for a dope store), but anyway he was DJ'ing and after his set we were able to speak to him outside. Normally whenever i meet someone with sometype of "celebrity status" i expect the worst cause most are assholes, just being real. However, Guru was one of the coolest people i've ever met! Period! Regardless of status. He was just cool people, i don't think I will ever forget it in my life. He definitely has given me the inspiration that i need to achieve my goals..  3/19/2011

Future..

 My future city..well at least hopefully. New York City is such an amazing place to be each and everyday. I mean, everyone is running around chasing their dreams, what can be better than that?! Ambition is ever so lovely in this sense. On top of that it's such a beautiful place especially in Manhattan, D-O-P-E but every burrough has something special it brings to the table.
